Well that’s simple, your normal calendar comes with no added benefits like managing past and future appointments with your clients (i.e. keeping information about what you did previously, or photos).
Normal calendars won’t allow you to gain insights on who your best client is, what’s your most popular service or how much money you make in any given month.
Normal calendars won’t send out SMS or Email notifications to your clients to remind them of their appointment.
Only Diary acts like a database of clients for you to manage, market to, schedule your appointments and understand every insight into your own business.
Only Diary is completely FREE. We plan on launching a very sophisticated roadmap, bringing some new amazing features, some of which may be part of a premium paid for version. More news will come on this soon.
Only Diary is the only app on the market that is focussed on Mobile / freelance / self-employed individuals, so it really is simple to get going:
Firstly, import and select your clients which are currently saved to your phone contact list.
Secondly, add your services to the app e.g Wash and Blow-dry, Colour and cut.
